We aim to make your experience at our dental practice as positive as possible. If you feel that there have has been an occasion when this hasn’t happened, we’d like to hear from you. We value your comments and suggestions and use them to review and improve the service we provide here at Claregate Dental.

We like to handle complaints directly so that we may learn from any mistakes and explain any misunderstandings. We will always discuss your complaint with you, investigate it ourselves, and speak with you regarding how we intend to resolve it. We will try to address your concerns with a full explanation and discuss any action, which could follow. It will be our aim to answer all your questions.
