Christmas 2016!

by Jodie Hall:

With Christmas fast approaching we all like to over indulge on all those delicious and far too tempting festive foods.

Mince pies, Christmas pudding, boxes of chocolates and bags of sweets, all the things we love to eat…but don’t forget about your teeth! Here are some important tips for looking after you teeth this Christmas…

  • Enjoy sugary foods straight after a meal or all in one go rather than picking throughout the day.
  • Sugar free gum or even a piece of cheese can help neutralise the acid in our mouths reducing the chance of developing tooth decay.
  • Don’t brush straight after acidic foods, wait at least one hour.
  • And most importantly don’t forget to brush your teeth last thing at night!

From Bhup and the team:

We’ve just had our Christmas meal at the Odd Fellows last night. Great service and amazing food. Highly recommend them!

A big thank you to everyone for their support and best wishes for the New Year to all our patients!

Have a great Christmas.
